The day after

Thank you for all the congratulations yesterday.

Last night we were out for dinner with old friends. It was delightful. Colin is a wonderful amateur photographer with a great interest in bird life. Some of the shots we were shown were brilliant.

He was also very generous with some cask strength whisky. It was marvellous.

So I had to take a blip of a bird today and a blue tit obliged. The effects of the whisky lasted into today as this shot suggests. Tomorrow I might be sharper.
