Reflections
I am sure the moon was winking at me this morning as it shone down from a totally clear sky dotted with stars and planets. Wish it was as clear yesterday. As the moon set it got bigger and bigger before disappearing behind the hill.
A beautiful day and was lucky enough to have enough time to go to Ferry Point,Dingwall before a trip to the dentist.
It actually felt warm in the sun.It was high tide and wonderful reflections were on the water. Just a few clouds dotted the sky. This wonderful drake Goldeneye was fairly close to shore and was busy feeding.I was not what it was eating but did not really think it would be fish but looking at the photos later he was able to catch a fair number .
After the dentist it was a quick drive back to Fortrose to set up for Brownies. A great couple of sessions making Oatcakes and learning to Highland dance.Several of the girls are Highland dancers and came dressed in their costumes , I did not realise their were different ones, so we had two girls in Highland and another in Aboyne. We also had a piper for them to dance to. He was great , a really good player and has started to play at weddings and events.
It’s turned even colder tonight .
