Red Tailed Hawk

I haven't seen the pair of Bald Eagles for awhile.....but this Red Tailed Hawk was sitting in a tree is the area where I usually see them. I have a feeling that the Eagles have relocated to a location farther from my house; they should be starting to rebuild their nest by now.  I am still one day late getting my photos Blipped.

Little Ellie usually is great about taking her nap, but today she was not going to give into that nap time.....until she was finally so sleepy at 3:30 that she gladly went down.....and so did I. It was exhausting listening to her cry when I thought she needed to take the nap earlier.....she seldom cries......and for that I am eternally grateful.
