All Bounces Now

So I thought this time we were going to get away without an attack on the nerves for the annual school swimming gala trial, but no, sadly not, bless her.

Despite being sick on the way to school, at which point I was half way to work, she insisted on going in. There was no doubt that this was nerves not a bug having been there before, so she went in, did the trials and by all accounts swam really well so will hopefully make the team. She looked very sad when I met her after school, and for a moment I thought she'd not gone, but she soon perked up when she was telling me about her swim.

C had a flute lesson after school which went really well, and she certainly had plenty of energy left for athletics this evening!
