Snowy Brussels...

It was a cold start but on the way to Scotland House after our first meeting nearer the city centre light snow started to fall.

Within an hour it was gathering on rooftops and pavements and visibility was being reduced by the thicker swirls.

Even the massive HQ of the European Commission was fading from view, something that would no doubt have pleased the Brexiteers.

However I am glad to report that by mid afternoon it had re-emerged , though with a slight dusting of white,
