Phoned in

The bridge in our village has been like this for well over a year and the temporary barrier has progressively collapsed.
I phoned it in to Highways today with a safety warning.
More and more of this going on, there’s four hundred yards of 40 limit on the A14 due to a damaged crash barrier that has been there for 5 years. The signs are so faded they are barely legible.
This country becomes more third rate by the day.
