Turduken

Kevin manfully grappling with the boned turkey, duck and chicken, filled between the layers with three different stuffings I made (chestnut & prune, sage onion & cranberry, panchetta & mushroom)

It ended up taking two of them an hour to persuade it into some sort of package.

So, supper for twelve. If successful, and I remember, the pic might change later to the finished deal.
