The Ashy Faced Owl

Oliver and I went into Banbury this morning to get some Christmas shopping done. Whilst there we came across a fella who looks after injured owls. He had with him this beautiful bird, sat on the back of a bench.

The market square pigeons weren't too sure....

It is an ashy faced owl that is indigenous to Haiti and the Dominican Republic.
