Super Moon

The Blood/Wolf Moon as seen this morning.  I met Josie at 6:30 a.m. to pick up her car so she could get to work by 7. They parked in a friend's driveway so the parking lot (the scene of my consternation last Thursday) could get plowed.   Poor Na’iema had to get up and out too.  As I was leaving my house, this caught my eye.  The shadows were long and wintry, the air was so bitingly cold, but it was all kind of cool too. The red glow is from my tail lights.  I didn't get out of the car. 

We made it back home by 7:30 and other than a quick walk outside with Myles while she was napping - in and out - business only I decided to check in with Siri to see what the current temp was - in Extra. Imagine my surprise.  Important to remember - this is Fahrenheit. (-17C) Thankfully it was toasty inside.
