Evening Light, Smoke & Frost on the Downs, Streat

The Middleton Plantation stands out clearly as smoke from a bonfire drifts over the Downs, in this view looking south from the kissing gate at the edge of the Churchyard at Streat. Parts of the north-facing slope of the Downs still have a light covering of this morning's frost where the sun has not shone directly all day.
