Beating the Blues

Apparently today was Blue Monday when everyone feels extremely gloomy due to bills of Christmas being due etc etc.  I for one beat them blues today by having a productive and upbeat meeting with Alive with Ideas.  We're totally on the same page and I love working with them.

Nipped into Cardiff to then to stock up on books for my transplant.  Just 4 weeks and a day to go now.

The shopping centre were doing their best to help people beat the blues by playing some upbeat tunes on this piano in their central concourse.  Brilliant idea!
