Let us out!

We went to the monthly foire this morning in Pont l'Abbe and bought five more hens. We intended to get brown ones as they are the best layers, but these Marans are so pretty!
They are laying already and we found two eggs in the box as we got them out but as usual with new girls, they didn't know what to do as it got dark, and Mr F found them huddled up together outside the hen house at bedtime!
