Is it me

or have I not noticed before just how many men are wearing shorts this winter. The age range is across the board. Apparently of those that I have asked none feel cold. How do they not get cold?
This was where I was trapped in the yard of the local timber supplier where I got the necessary board to make the door for the new unit. Luckily he only took about 6/7 minutes to complete his delivery.
