The gym

A bit of cheeky shenanigans and I managed to get into the gym with Sue. I took this pic to send to my helpful accomplice to show that I had made it in and was doing something.

Actually I worked quite hard on the cross trainer then used the bike, the stepper and the rowing machine. We then worked on bingo wing banishing machines. I think I’ll ache tomorrow as I haven’t been in a gym for months.

I’ve sat and read for the rest of the afternoon. I must try and get my heating sorted as snow is expected tomorrow and I don’t want to be done in by hypothermia. Can’t type any more as my fingers are numb with cold :(
