Sunrise and Silhouettes

7.30am:
Beetham Tower to the left of the picture as the sun slowly rises over Manchester on a chilly autumnal morning.
The Pennine hills can be seen in the distance.

This is last Saturday in work until the new year.
The good thing about starting work at 7am on a day when hardly anyone else is working is that sticking my head out of a window four floors up with a camera in hand doesn't get too many odd looks.
I mean, let's be honest, who in their right mind is up at 7am on a Saturday morning?
