Daddy went to shooting
We went to swimming
Both swam very well. Wom was doing so well on his back.
Home for lunch

Munchie went downhill really quickly.
Crying out in pain
I knew she was poorly as she didn’t move off the sofa for over two hours.
Checked in with 111 as the last time she was this poorly we ended up at out of hours

Daddy took Wom for wave swimming.
Once munchie seemed brighter she asked to go and watch the boys swim, so we did

Home for cottage pie. Demolished.
