Frosty morning in Epping Forest

We woke this morning to blue sky, sunshine and frost, perfect for a walk in Epping Forest.  Zeus09smum and I reckon that this is probably only the second walk we've taken together this year, so it was lovely to have a long wander and chat today.
I've succumbed to a collage because the forest did look so pretty that I couldn't choose just one shot.  The one that I've highlighted in the thumbnail shows Zeus looking as though he's helping to build a den, although in truth he had tried to dismantle it by choosing himself an extra long stick to play with.  These dens appear quite frequently in the forest and are built by children on the bushcraft sessions run by the  Field Studies Council.
