In the Pink

I chose these lovely pale pink cut hyacinths for the colour but expected a bonus of heavenly scent. No scent. How can they breed Hyacynths without a scent?
Non the less I’m enjoying the subtle colour and my friend brought me some Freesias on Friday night so I have the wonderful scent from those. Maybe the best of both worlds.
