Gelt woods

It was a little brighter than expected today but still cold. We took ourselves off to the woods for a short walk and a photo for blip. I love these woods with the fast running water and the beech trees - right up my street, proper 'soul food'. Mum came along too, and we popped into Mr Browns in Brampton for a cheese scone and hot drink after.

This afternoon I swept all the leaves up in the front garden - it was a good work out! 10 days of January left, payday a week on Tuesday and I'm feeling lots better than I did 2 weeks ago.
