Vertex Delta 3D printer

Nienke, Inge, Ellis and I have built our own Velleman Vertex Delta 3D printer. The build was straightforward really, but I've been struggling to get it printing properly. The example file, which prints a keychain, works fine, but every design that I made has had problems with the first layer. Could be a software issue, but I'm not sure...
