Cake and Prosecco

Busy day. A the plumber called out so I did get a longish lie. Then some stuff around the house before 2+ hours with J. Home via Straiton to buy, another, bag and then getting ready to go out, sans Parfum

It was so cold but warm in the Motel One Bar where I met up with K and M to share gossip and views on the upcoming changes.

There too the farewell do. Started with Prosecco and a Lucie cake with real flowers and soaked in a bottle of Gordon's, speeches, presents, pub, chat, wine and lots of lovely people. Eventually we made it to a pizza place for food. I couldn't finish but I am now finished. C'est tout!
