Texas Longhorn

As it was  a damp and misty afternoon, Mr MD and I decided to visit Andy Thornton's Antique Centre at Greetland.   A fascinating place, selling all kinds of interesting architectural antiques.     This stuffed Texas Longhorn on a wooden plinth was on sale at £6,500 + VAT.   I liked her gentle expression and colours but didn't think she would fit in our house so I reluctantly left her behind.    So much to see but another favourite was this very unusual engraved wine cooler shown in my extra.
