Celtic Connections 2019

If you fancy taking up the mandolin, get yourself over to the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall, which is the hub, as usual, for the annual Celtic Connections festival. There are also fiddles, accordions, guitars and possibly bagpipes for sale and enthuasiasts to hand out advice.

We were at an afternoon concert in the Strathclyde Suite of the concert hall, where students of traditional music at the Conservatoire were performing. Their talent was gobsmacking! The best CC concert I've been to for a long time!
