Big Bird

A walk round the local lake this morning while W was at her Zumba class. There is one place where there is often a heron and it didn't disappoint today. It was standing on an old bridge frame quite close to me but started to stroll across to the other side as I took a couple of shots. I then walked round the corner and took this from a different angle. Although it's not as close as the others I preferred this shot, but I've added one of my earlier shots as an extra.
