Being a good patient

A long day today, the Bupa hospital for a canal stenosis operation for Sarah, we gave up on the NHS waited months to even get an appt, the earliest offered January, one slight problem with that date was the pain getting worse everyday, might not have been walking by the time January arrived, so here we are today, private and all scanned, diagnosed and operated on within 3 weeks. My next challenge is to encourage a slow paced recovery! Looking forward to our New Year break to France with great pals, it's been a trying few months.
