Soup

It was my work Christmas meal tonight. Food was nice and it was a good evening. But I felt really ill during the meal and ended up in the toilets with my head resting on a toilet seat. Not sure if something in the food disagreed with me or what but it was unpleasant. It would be nice to have an hour or two when I don't have some sort of health problem.
