Winter Colours

Trip to Rieti for my checkup at the hospital: all was good! It was the first time I have really seen the colours of winter this season . The oak tree leaves are no longer gold .the poplars have no leaves and the fields are dead or ploughed. We are scheduled for 10 days of rain although it has become a lot milder at night .
