SIMPLE SUPPER

Exhausting day at school. Both my 2 challenge pupils were “on one” and the 2 meltdowns were invertible!!! However we all had a good session making porridge as we are doing the 3 bears.
At the end of the day I was called into the heads who said “I was expecting a letter from you”
“ really “
“ I was told you were going to resign. So much for confidentiality. Great line manager!?!?!? Anyway it gave me a chance to be very honest about promised meeting that never happened, attitude and unkindness of several staff, lack of support for my team with my 2 challengers etc etc. She apologised for not calling the meeting but then didn’t suggest we have one. Well at least I know where I stand!!!! She asked for my letter as soon as possible but I feel I don’t owe them anything. So much for loyalty.
If you can't change the circumstances, change your attitude. Funny thing is, when you do, you'll find that the circumstances often change.
