Hohoho, I made myself laugh with that title.

Back to the dentist's to have my new crown fitted this morning.  Spotted this washed up on the Thames foreshore as I walked from the DLR station.

Got into work about 11, and seemed to spend most of the rest of the morning talking to colleagues.  Went to M&S with Char at lunch, for her to collect an order.  Had a more productive afternoon, although my team did stop for quite a long break after one of our volunteers brought us in some cake.  It would have been rude not to.
