Waiting time for internet banking service help is currently 40 minutes and growing.
I tried to look at my account this morning but my "memorable information" which I've been using for about 20 years was deemed to be incorrect and all attempts to rectify the problem  just go round in a circle, ending at the same phone number with the steadily increasing wait. We've been considering changing banks for a while, perhaps the time has come.
