Peppa pig

Henry is obsessed with my advent calendar, he keeps pointing to it and shouting "peppa" until I get it down and let him crawl around with it. He likes bashing it on things and trying to pick the foil out of the opened doors.

My first day in Leicester A&E was a bit of a baptism of fire. It started fairly pleasantly but after a few hours we had about 80 patients, 6 doctors and a 4hr wait to be seen. There were some fairly complicated things, constant resus calls and the consultants kept being called away for various things. Still, the team seem nice and it went quickly.

Henry had a good day at nursery, has eaten a bit more (he managed all of his cake, what a surprise!) and had a 1.5hr nap. He demanded that Neil and I read to him until bedtime - he wants the same books over and over again which is getting really annoying.
