how do you see the world my children?

Decided on a festive end to the week with a visit to the Staveley Winter Carnival. Lots of good cheer, pop up art spaces, Cumberland Sausage and lights. Santa went by on a bike followed by cycling reindeers and there was Samba - what's not to like!

The children once again reminded me never to think they are seeing life as an adult when they spotted (in their words) - "look a dog prison" (a kennel) and asked for "pig beef" for dinner (ham steaks).

It's a lovely 'world' they are in I am thinking...
