Under lock and key

Henry VIII had a private lock and key made for his chamber inside Hever Castle. Whilst on a private tour today (wearing my Heritage Watch Committee hat) I learnt this and other fascinating facts such as Elizabeth I was the first person to have guinea pigs as pets imported from South America and William Waldorf Astor, the richest man in America, purchased Hever Castle in 1903 spending $10 million on restorations.
