It was cold today - it even tried to snow a couple of times during the morning, but at least the sun came out for a while.  This was taken at Dunston Hall after I'd been in the pool.  I did a session of aquarobics, and am aching now, especially around my thighs and gluts.

We're packing for an early start tomorrow for a long weekend in Sweden, so you can expect more photos of Robin.
