Jumping Jack Flash

Busy wee day WFH after being away for a couple of days.

Went out for a 6km walk along the Murieston Trail early afternoon to get some fresh air then dropped L & A off at gymnastics, went for a gym session then a P90X fitness class.

That’s it! Boring day really!
