We went to the docks tonight to eat broiled flounder and shrimp from one of the several seafood restaurants in Calabash.  As we walked in and out, I noticed every table had big pots of roasted oysters, and the people going in as we left commented that is why they were there.  The pile of oysters is served in a large roasting pan with oyster knives to open the shells and various condiments.  Our broiled food was delicious.
