Figs and cheese

The weather was very wet so the builders cleared up the mess from outside and left as it wasn’t the weather for being on the roof.

Now that the sourdough starter is working we’ve used it tonight to make a pizza. The image is the figs and Gorgonzola.

It was yummy. But I used to be lactose intolerant and seem to have reacted to the cheese and I feel rather ill so I’m loading this and going to bed. I’ll be ok tomorrow and I’ll be more careful going forward.
