How not to eat!

Another hotel room similar and yet subtly different from last night’s. Things aren’t going well this week in general...work is lack lustre and my body has sprouted various new maladies, particularly a mysterious back pain that makes driving painful. I think it’s trying to tell me something!! Eating peanut butter straight from the jar unsurprisingly didn’t numb the pain - either physically or psychologically!
