High energy antics at Groove Cottage tonight. I hope this gift was for sharing, JustFun?!

It’s been one of those days of being in the office on my own and basically eating everything in sight. Ellie kindly gave me a massive bar of Galaxy last week which I put in a drawer because of being overly virtuous at the start of the year. I ate half of it for lunch today simply because there was nobody there to monitor my behaviour.

I spoke to one of my trustees today who is a retired teacher and at my last time of asking was about 75 years old. She was worried because she’d had a bit of a funny turn. Turns out that this was after four consecutive games of badminton. If all I get is a bit light headed after this amount of exertion when I’m 75, I’ll be very happy.
