YUK!!

Fowl job today - I'm obliged to strip the super thick black varnish from this Gibson "Les Paul".

The eejit owner of this guitar is willing to pay €1,000 to change it from black to dark mahogany. More money than sense. If it was up to me - I'd tell him to run away & get a life. But CC needs the €uros - so it goes :o(

My main beef is with Gibson - no wonder they're going down the tubes (administration) what cretin would choose to put a criminally thick black varnish on a lovely maple table, backed by 2" of perfect mahogany?

I'll get off my high horse now....
