Grey Day

A friend contacted me last night and suggested a walk and coffee today.  Went out round the seawall, it was grey, cold and not much about but the time flew past as we chatted.  It was good to get back for coffee!  Feeling much better today, thank you for all your good wishes.  The extra was taken in the garden when I came home.  Hopefully I'm up-to-date now:)
