Another batch of vegan cakes.

We added more sugar and a bit of vanilla . Hopefully eventually they will taste great. Yesterday's were just not sweet enough. They are well risen and moist with good crumb structure though. Do you think I could get a job as a judge on the great British bake off ;o). ( it's a TV baking competition for those non UK people )
