Something new!

It’s been nearly 3 months since my knee pain/injury, and today I finally got to see a physiotherapist for treatment.

So the diagnosis is that the cartilage on my right knee is pretty non-existent, and the bone is rubbing on bone (under the patella), and my patella is misaligned.

BUT good news, the alignment is fixable, loss of cartilage not!

Proceeded to town with Ben to apply for his new passport and thankfully this will be the last passport we’ll be paying for!!! 10 years till he has to do this again.

Spotted this lovely new building by the Australian Consulate. Must be brand new as I have never seen it before. We both liked it.

Back to DB and a rather chilled evening.
