Notes: Headed out early, quick stop at Walmart and then to Quest labs nearby. Headed downtown then for Trader Joe's, St A's, haircut (appt didn't go thru tho) so back to St A's for meeting w/ Jenna and Susan for 2019 Triathlon - ugggh. Back around noon, chilly breezy day. Made sweet potato scones and teriyaki jackfruit later. Quiet night.
