For the Record
This day came in warmer with overcast skies.

I'm moving this morning without tears, tentatively. My back is still very very sore, but improving . We went to the urgent care clinic at our health facility last night. My doctor was not in the office yesterday and they wouldn't prescribe any muscle relaxers without me being seen. I was not happy, but dragged out . I saw an osteopath and she prescribed a pain killer instead of the muscle relaxers. I slept through the night as my lame verse describes and I'm moving without tears. The downside of the pain killers is vomiting and I do feel a hint of the queasy...

T had to go in today, she took the car and will come home earlier than usual. My sister in law is off and she'll take me at 3 to see my chiropractor again. I'm in the magic lounge chair, showered and dressed. Socks were a hurtle, but I managed to tug them on. The cats are off duty, asleep on separate floors.They both worked overtime yesterday, so I'll cut them some slack and depend on my elves.

I'm missing my painting studio day , my best day of each week :(
