Managed...

...out on our first run of 2019 today...I wasn’t feeling it before we headed out but was glad we did once we were out and also when it was done and dusted.

We had a few days away from it after Marcothon finished. The intention was to be out again sooner than this but a lurgy struck us both last week...so today was the day.

Grateful for a lunch time run.
