Between a Rock and a Rock

I've noticed some days I get quite a few good shots and it's hard to decide which to select as the best. Some of the ones that don't make it are better than the selected shot on other days. At least then I have ideas for subjects on future days, however, often they don't turn out quite as good as the original. I think that's because I've got a fixed image in my head and the conditions have changed - light or weather perhaps - and I haven't responded. Today's shot is one of those. I tried changing perspective to mix it up.
