Sun on the hills

A day of mixed weather, but the sun did catch certain spots on the hills as I did some gardening. There are certainly a lot of camellia buds waiting for spring.
This evening my friend and I went to see the National Theatre Live production of Richard II, with Simon Russell Beale. It was very good, but not quite what we were expecting; it's described as 'a stripped-down, speeded-up Richard II, exposing the hilarity and hypocrisy of the play's political machinating, a gesture that hits all to close to home in Brexit Britain.'
