Drained

Earlyish run.
The lock and basin at Cosgrove have been drained.
It felt like hard work today.
Ear still bad.
Have a follow up appointment tomorrow - although only with a nurse rather than a doctor. And probs the nurse who told me last time that my eardrum wasn’t in danger.
I need to catch up on my main Blip thing as well. Oh well.
