Monday: Hellebores

The hellebores have shot up with the mild weather since beginning of the month, some snowdrops have crept into the photo too!
I’m experimenting with a new pattern, knitted a trial swatch this morning - first time I’ve ever done this!! But glad I did as I’m now happier as to how to proceed.
MrD took advantage of the weather to go on a motorbike ride to Nantwich, he bought himself a new helmet which was a bargain ...
I pottered around the garden for an hour or so, planted out primroses opposite the lounge window, so I can see some colour.
My dear friend and neighbour called round and we had a nice chat, thanks C xx
Also had a chat with neighbours over the road who gave me a pack about bees which included some wild flower seeds. I returned the compliment and gave seeds from our recent wedding (!!) for his girls to sow in their garden :-))
